- Make sure to select your shipment package with your country state / Province, if you can not find your specific states or province choose any of the familiar states or provinces on the screen because all the charges are the same, we always follow the billing address line, billing country and city for shipping the parcel. so if you can't find your state or / province you still will be able to make your purchase by simply selecting your country name.
- After you checkout, you will be directed to our 3rd party SSLpayment gateway which is secure to make your payment
- You will be received an invoice with your order confirmation to your provided email address
- Sometimes Our shipping cost is higher than the rates of our products because we only use DHL express services
- To make it a good deal we suggest purchasing in 2 to 3 Flutes more into your cart because you will be charged the same shipping cost even if you take only 1 flute

Shipment :
We Dispatch the shipment within 3 to 5 working days of the order If the Flutes are to be customized then it may take 15 working days. We are having tie-DHL with major international and national courier companies
International Courier company: UPS, DHL, EMS
National Courier Company: E-courier, Pathao, Redex
We provide customers with tracking no. and the website of the courier company so that customers can easily track the package and know the exact delivery date of the package arrival.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Is Only Available in Bangladesh
Packaging:
We use international packaging material which is very safe and eco friendly. All the flutes are wrapped with bubble wrap for further safety. All the packages are picked so finely that till date there is no complaint of courier damage
but in case of flutes still get damaged then you should send us an email with the photographs of the damaged flutes within 24 hours
