Return and Refund Policy


LABU FLUTES endeavours to offer high quality, affordable and professional musical instruments for you. Our brand is well-reputed since 1996 and we do maintain the standers of our quality Professional musical instruments and Flutes We go through strict quality inspection before delivering the product to you. 

However, something unexpected may happen, which will lead to defects in your flutes or any other musical instruments. Please feel free to contact our showroom centre on :

Online Purchased Return

 

The customer who purchased products from our labuflutes.com or any of our e-commerce channels can change the product due to faulted dispute in the goods. If a product faulted dispute is found which is caused by us, the Labu Flutes authority shall bear the shipping cost for both ways (recovery & reshipping). Also, customers can go to Labu Flutes retail store for product exchange claims. The store manager will settle the claim according to the standard claim policy.

 

 

General Terms & Policies

  • Products exchange is not applicable, without a receipt.
  • Goods may be exchanged only 1 time within 10 working days from the receipt date.
  • If you do not want to take the product due to any issues or wrong product shipped or any special reason, then you have to apply for the refund within three days after the delivery date, and the price of the product will be refunded within the next 10 days, however, the customer will only be refunded the price of the product but he will have to bear with the delivery charge. This is only for online payment. 

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE / RETURN THIS PRODUCT!

To exchange a product, simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Pack your product (Pack your product as same as you received it) 

Step 3: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. We’ll send you the product you want to exchange or the same product in “Exchange” Condition. If applicable you should pay the additional fees.

 

Please, read carefully that we cannot accept product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damages due to misuse of the product
  • Any consumable item which has been used
  • Incidental damage to the product while playing 

Note: All returning products must be returned unused, in original packaging, including the bag, manufacturer's packaging (if any), with all seals and tags intact and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
